  3. Travelling Combination:

    • Learn combinations that explore spatial awareness by working in groups or lines.
  4. Choreography Practice:

    • A short choreography sequence is introduced, with weekly additions to build memory, coordination, and teamwork.
  5. Cool-Down:

    • The class concludes with a cool-down to promote safety and aid muscle recovery.
