What is your refund and cancellation policy?

We work per semester. This is how we handle cancellations and refunds:

You cancel more than 30 days before the first class or camp day: we refund the registration fee, minus a €20 administration fee.
You cancel 30 days or less beforehand: you receive a discount code for the value of the registration fee, minus a €20 administration fee. There is no refund.
You stop after the start: there is no refund. With a medical certificate, you receive a discount code for the remaining classes, minus a €20 administration fee, counted from the moment you report the absence.
You miss a class: it is not made up or refunded.
Ndigo cancels a course or camp: you receive the full registration fee back or, if you prefer, a discount code without an administration fee.
Ndigo ends the relationship, for example with a permanent exclusion under our bullying policy: we refund the fee for the classes not yet attended, minus a €20 administration fee.

A discount code is in the dancer’s name, is valid for 1 year and cannot be exchanged for cash. To cancel, email info@ndigo.be.
