Who are the founders of Ndigo?

Justin Yep and Ineke Vandevyvere are the founders of Ndigo. Both hold a bachelor’s degree from the Fontys Dance Academy in Tilburg, where they met.

Before Fontys, Justin trained in New Delhi under Ashley Lobo at The Danceworx, working alongside choreographers from the Sydney Dance Company, Ballet Gulbenkian, and the Martha Graham school. Ineke’s path ran through New York — Alvin Ailey, Broadway Dance Center and the Cunningham school — then on to the Escola Superior de Dança in Lisbon and Studio Harmonic in Paris. Both earned their American Ballet Theatre certifications, Pre-Primary through Level 5, in New York.

They are also Amazon bestseller authors of The Dance Advantage, a practical guide for parents finding their way through the pre-professional dance world. Each week they bring studio stories and what they’re still learning to The Justin & Ineke Podcast.

Today they split their time between Roeselare and London, where their son trains at The Royal Ballet School in White Lodge. Actions before words: they walk the same journey as the families they teach, and that conviction runs through everything Ndigo does.
