Can I get a refund if I’m injured?

Refund Policy for Injuries

If you are injured and unable to continue classes, here’s how we can assist:

1. Notify Us:

   • Please inform us immediately at info@ndigo.be.

2. Provide Documentation:

   • A ‘Ziektebrief’ (doctor’s note) is required to process your request.

3. Compensation:

   • We will issue a coupon on a prorated basis, valid for up to 1 year, in the name of the injured dancer.
   • This coupon can only be used for dance class fees and not for uniforms, shoes, or accessories.

4. Admin Fee:

   • A €15 administrative fee will be deducted.

5. Start Date:

   • The refund is calculated from the date you notify us.
